Its been close to 5 months since i have been going to Title Boxing. The instructors are awesome, and they not only see to it that you get a good work out but they also focus on getting one's technique straightened out. The routines are well thought of focusing on endurance and maintaining a balance between lower body and upper body workouts.

First off let me explain how I picked HERNDON TITLE BOXING. So like most people I was always making excuses to work out/ be active. One day I got tired of making excuses and wanted to better myself, be fit, and be healthy. So I Googled the closest boxing gym around me and Herndon Title Boxing came up. I Picked Boxing because it was something that doesn't have to many techniques like BJJ, MMA, KARATE, TKD, and besides I wanted something that I could hit (ex:Heavy Bag) and I also wanted a work out that made something to help burn a few calories off my body. Before I joined Title I smoked a pack of Cigarettes a day and ate a lot of fastfood. after my trial class I felt how the cigarette smoking was holding me back so I quit the same day and joined the gym. Now i watch what i eat because dieting goes hand in hand with exercise. I started at this boxing gym 3/27/14 with the free trial class and let me tell you the head trainer Carlos will not only motivate you to keep trying/do your best but he lets you work at your own pace. Cody/Dave the Owners are really helpful and informative and very pleasant. All the other trainers vary on exercises, speed, and workouts but give you the 200% you need/deserve for a excellent workout. Give the FREE trial class a shot, you have nothing to lose!
