Got a keratin done so well despite my not speaking Spanish. This place has now been sold to new owner and renovated and are very professional and reasonably priced. i went there again this afternoon for a treatment and although they only speak spanish , a blonde curly headed spanish lady did a fantastic job, leaving my hair soft and smooth. Definitely recommend this place even though they dont speak english, they do have a lot of experience in this hair salon business.

0 stars because when I called to make a appointment this Spanish lady picked up and kept saying no to me and so I told her get me someone speaks English because she didnt understand me and she hung up on me. I kept calling and she kept hanging up, I asked for the manager she said no and hung up on me again. I hope she gets fired for being rude.

This afternoon I visited this place, for the reason that I needed a haircut and I decided to get my hair cut at this place, because I had already been there once and the cut didn't look too bad (although it wasn't the best cut). So I thought I should go back and give him a chance to improve. But when I came back and got my hair cut, there was no doubt in my mind that the customer service is terrible and the cuts they give are terrible. I say this because the stylist who cut my hair today barely spoke to me and looked like she didn't want to cut my hair. Although it is his job and he was paying him for his service. It was actually the worst haircut and the worst $20 I've ever spent in my life. And I understand that $20 for a haircut isn't much, but at least I would have gotten a more or less haircut. Since the cut was ugly and horrible. Which is why I gave this site zero stars, but since it's not possible, I gave it one star and I hope they find a stylist who knows how to cut clients' hair so they don't have the same embarrassment I'm going through for cutting myself.
