I ordered two outfits for my daughter birthday hoping to arrive on time it’s been almost two months her birthday passed away I’m constantly texting and all I got we’ll send you your order number for you still waiting I hope I don’t lose my money cause I just have one more payment with Afterpay . I tried to support my own black people but this pay the cake I’m not happy wouldn’t shop here again

Very cute clothes but the quality not so great for the price . I ordered 2 “one size fits all” tracksuits and let me say this experience was a horrible first impression. It took over 6 days for my order to be shipped out and when I finally received the items ( almost two weeks later ) ... they are DEFINITELY not one size fits all . I’m about 150lbs 5”5 and it’s BARELY fitting me smh Its so tight and thin that I thought I would rip the pants as I put them on . I will not be ordering again .

Placed an order on January 20th which was mlk jr day. They finally shipped out on January 29th but carrier lost them which is not slay brands fault, but customer service is great and timely, just waiting for my order to reship and be delivered i will update when i receive my order!

I ordered $150 worth of clothes the 30th of last month for a Vegas trip that has since came and gone. No tracking info update since the 19th and when I reached out to them they said “Your order was shipped and I do see the receipt for pick up. We have to contact our carrier to see what the delay is or a file a claim. We know this issue is frustrating and we can issue a refund in the meantime. Normally with an issue like this we would just reship the order however all of your items our from our custom made collection. Thank you for making us aware of your issue , we take this very serious and will be resolving this right away.” That was June 2nd and it’s now the 10th and I haven’t heard anything back even after multiple emails from me. Don’t waste your money!
