I don't want to give any stars!!! I was told that I had to purchase optional insurance because my insurance would not cover me in the truck and not to worry because it would be refunded. Then he told me that I could purchase a hand truck from him personally. I didn't find out that the insurance was optional until I got to my destination. (Never rented a moving truck before) I wonder what other fraudulent things are going on at the N.Parham location. Moving is expensive enough when you're single, then to have someone telling you crap they know is untrue adds insult to injury.

Went here to return a truck and the lady was really rude telling us we have to clean the truck or she was gunna charge us 25$ if she had to do it when the truck wasnt dirty at all and she got snobby with us when we told her to charge us then because that is her job my fiancee is sick with the flu and we just wanted to return the truck after driving halfway across the country from iowa to virginia in the piece of crap
