I tried to use this service. I had an appointment originally scheduled for 10:15am. My flight was delayed and I communicated that to them. I asked for a later pickup, 11:15am. They agreed and confirmed via text message. 11:15 rolls around and nobody showed up. 11:25, still nobody. I didn’t get a call or text saying they were late, weren’t coming - nothing. I called. They said they couldn’t get anyone to me for another 30 minutes. I ended up driving myself to the airport. I showed up late and barely made my flight. My luggage was not so lucky. It was ‘late’ and therefore was not put on a flight. Here I sit, at the end of a long, stressful day, in the middle of the desert with only the clothes on my back and a few non-essential items in my backpack. I have nothing. I’m 3 hours away from the airport who can’t get my luggage to me until Thursday even if I pay them $200. All because this company cannot follow through on agreed upon reservations. Because they failed to drive me to the airport like I requested I’m out extra money between parking fees at the airport, toiletries/clothing I’ve had to purchase, and a late check-in fee at my AirBnB. All told, this company has cost me about $400. I’m livid, and I know there is nothing that I can do. They know, the only thing I can do is write this review. I have no recourse. Nobody even apologized. I get 5 days of vacation every year. This is the first time in 9 years I’ve taken those days consecutively. I was really looking forward to a relaxing trip and it’s turned into an expensive, hellish nightmare because this company is so disorganized. I tried to support the little guy, and they let me down. Taxi companies can complain all they want about Uber, but Uber has NEVER failed to get me to the airport.

Hung up on me when I was asking for information. Not professional at all. And this person just sounded dumb. I see why they haven’t got a 5 star rating in over a year.
