I had some flooding a while back and the insurance company had to move out all our home gym equipment and reinstall when the work was complete 60 days later. Shannon was timely, professional and was the absolute expert we needed. Not only was everything removed and reinstalled perfectly, but Shannon serviced each item to ensure it worked as good as when it was new. During disassembly he noticed a few inexpensive bushing and hardware items that are typical to wear on treadmills and elliptical machines, but cause expensive downstream failures....he replaced all for a few dollars during reinstall. Our universal weight, treadmill and elliptical systems function better than they ever have before. They operate smoothly, especially the universal and elliptical, and I'm confident they will last for a long time. Shannon will be out periodically to service the equipment to keep it in shape. This was a long delayed post because I misplaced Shannons number but came across it this morning. I am so glad because my parents just moved here and I need to call Shannon to assemble their home equipment as the mover was unable. Bottom-line for anyone reading this long post.....a year later I'm still extremely pleased with the service and technical knowledge Shannon provided and I'm calling him again this week.
