Provided nothing and then told me I didn't like the results because they weren't "favorable". I was prepared for unfavorable results, but that would imply I got actual results. Kept my money and provided NOTHING. Said they COULD and DID NOT.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I rarely post reviews, but I felt compelled to in this case. Through one of the most painful times of my life, I turned to this company to help me gain some evidence to help me in court after being wronged by a person who I thought was my best friend and father to my children. These guys got the evidence I needed in a professional manner, were sensitive to my need for confidentiality, and will be appearing in my upcoming court case. The price was competitive, they were attentive to my requests and patient through my questions, and they tried to use my retainer in the most cost-effective way by breaking up the time over several instances rather than burning through my time.
