CCT is a wonderful organization that truly makes a difference in the lives of the individuals they serve. I have had the pleasure of serving on the board of CCT for the past few years and have been impressed by the expertise and professionalism of the staff. The comprehensive person-centered approach to clients and their families, thoughtful financial stewardship, and the annual charitable fund award supporting small dollar technological and other grants, make CCT an organization that I am eager to recommend to anyone requiring pooled special needs trust services.

It has been great working with Commonwealth Community Trust! They are one of the largest special needs trusts in the country, but they have a tight-knit staff of familiar faces that are great to work with regardless of the state you are in. Highly recommend.

My work with the Commonwealth Community Trust Board has been a most satisfying experience. Their leadership and staff have gone overboard to make our participation seamless and gratifying, even in the age of COVID. Joanne Marcus, in her role of Executive Director, makes the work of service a pleasure. To be able to help individuals in normal times is great, but being part of an organization that can help in the time of COVID is extremely satisfying. I notice that no reviews from actual trust recipients---a real client!-- are posted. DO NOT USE CCT. Repeat: DO NOT USE CCT for your child's Trustee. TERRIFYINGLY CRUEL. I studied law and healthcare. Retired Sunday school teacher & Army partner 💔. Every Dr.'s RX for my surgeries has been ignored. NO adjustable bed. No recliner to elevate. No home-care worker.. Rental charges from landlord has Late Fees . Movers fees/Rent payments denied to me in January 2021 ...causing unnecessary eviction of this disabled senior...In a pandemic?? In March I was forced into apartment I did not want. AND threatened with no more funding. Toxic black mold in apartment. Spider-bites on my body. My Doctors say sue. Banker says sue..I'll help you--"Who gets the money if you die?" DO NOT USE CCT for your child's Trustee! 😓 I cannot get my surgeries safely. There's no support! I'M ISOLATED with NO CARE 71yrs. old. DO NOT USE CCT 💔

CCT is a great organization whose main focus is their clients. Their decisions are made with the clients’ interest first. They have a great team that is committed to their mission.
