Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Northwest/Short Pump

Wonderful hotel I stay here alot just to have a night out and I live in town great staff rooms and food and right in innbrook nice and quiet love it here I highly recommend if staying in Henrico best stay and price Nearby activities: Innsbrook has lot of activities and so does short pump

This hotel seems fairly clean but is very clearly needing an update across all elements in the room. Bed is comfy but rest of room does look like its from the 1970s. TV is TINY. Shower pressure was low and it was hard to get good hot water. Check in staff was super nice. Love the infused water in the lobby. But I recently stayed at 2 other Marriott properties and this one seems far below in quality and more like an old Best Western. I chose Marriott because of normally consistent quality but this property needs some love!

This is a 2 star hotel (at best). Bed's are uncomfortable and make noises when you do attempt to sleep on them. A/C system has a motion sensor so will turn off when you are sleeping and / or not in the room making climate control impossible. Showers and bathroom are outdated with the look of something you would have seen in 1982. One small bar of soap and cheap, thin TP. TV is small and not high definition. We were only provided with 3 towels and 3 washcloths for our 3 day stay and they were cheap and of poor quality. Room was outdated in general. They don't even serve coffee until 7:00 AM (typically hotels provide coffee much earlier). This is just not a very nice hotel and we paid $175 a night to stay there. I think I would rather tent camp!
