if I could give a zero star, I would!!! I have waited 6weeks for an appointment. I get here and I am told that the therapist I am scheduled with doesn't do the therapy I need. I just drove 2hrs from work for nothing and I still haven't received the therapy after a motor vehicle accident. Forget it!!! At this point, I will deal with what ever residual issues there are. RIDICULOUS!!!

I enjoy going there everything it's the same in and out and the place is always clean . The staff are always nice.

I experienced an acutely, highly over-reactive, and a hyper-sensitive response in this apparent feminist hotspot during my fourth physical therapy session with Ms.Hopun and later with Ms. Provost who manages the group. Such responsive over-kill to an elderly patient could only occur in an institutional setting. Their inexperience and thin skin were overtly and overwhelmingly apparent. Their inaccurate and misunderstood interpretations gives away their underlying attitude. Also my therapy seemed mis-directed based on my script. I had a balance issue. Ms. Hopun wore provocative leotards that left little to the imagination. Other PTs wore medical attire. I warned her about some of my EKG issues but she ignored this and continued to push for high heart rate readings. My therapist took a week vacation and nobody else continued to work with me. Management appears poor, communication absent or delayed and inexperienced evident, such is further evident with three clerical staff mostly socializing and playing with their cell phones. Ban the cell phones and move two of these people to clean for COVID 19 or elsewhere. I feel lucky and safer being away from these people.
