Royal Prestige Cleaning

Awful experience. The cleaning was completed on a Friday. I reviewed it the following Wednesday and noticed the carpet was not touched. After paying for an apartment and carpet cleaning, imagine my surprise when I still saw dust and dirt in the carpet as well as over the fireplace (this wasn't touched at all either). When I called, I was told the carpet wasn't touched and they were waiting to decide what to do about the carpet to see if it should be replaced. They called back and said it should be replaced and will refund me the carpet cleaning money. They told me they would drop off the check at the complex on Friday (I was out of town and didn't stop by). I got a call on Monday saying they were on their way to drop it off. Shame on me for assuming they stuck to their word when I showed up on Tuesday - still no check. If you do decide to go with this company, make sure you're there to inspect before they leave. This apartment complex doesn't even recommend them anymore due to this poor work. I may not get my deposit back because the apartment didn't even appear clean, but at least they cleaned my oven!

Amazing services and promptly on time! My apartment looked wonderful and you can tell they pay attention to detail and CARE about their customers. I can’t wait to schedule them again!
