This fall I was faced with the daunting task of repairing brand new oak floors that were water damaged in an accident in my home. My saving grace was Costen's sales rep, Sally. Sally immediately came to my aid, provided her recommendations, and followed through with reinstalling my flooring. With her professional guidance and a great crew, my floors look amazing again, and I am able to breathe a sigh of relief. I am extremely thankful for the personalized genuine care Sally brought to my project.

We purchased pet friendly carpet for our family room, but the sales person, GP, didn’t tell us the loops would snag easily. Within the first week there were two snags in expensive flooring. Of course Coston claims there is nothing they can do. However if I would have known about snagging easily I would have picked something else. I don’t expect this carpet to have a long life. Update 11/5/2021 - Coston Floors IS in the process of replacing the carpet to our satisfaction. It has been great working with the people to resolve this issue. Thank you

Sales consultant Rick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the hardwood flooring. We were trying to match existing and he knew which samples we should take to compare. He even came out to the house to help us finalize the selection and measure. The installers arrived on time and worked hard to finish the job in one day. They were neat and helpful in putting the furniture back in place. The results are beautiful and we love our new floors!
