Horrible company, does not care about employees and will racially discriminate against you. Does not offer training and will be quick to lie on you and throw you under the bus. The best thing about this company is the individuals we support but the owners and upper management are terrible

Wow Alexus, I am sorry you feel that way. We offered numerous times to provide training and have signed documentation from you to that effect. We don't believe our diverse staff feels that we show discrimination as we hold everyone to the same standards and provide the same supports. I do believe you were even given a promotion while employed with us! Our long term staff (who have been with us since we opened) would argue that they don't feel this way. We appreciate them all and what they have to offer to the individuals we support.

I have to say that I am truly blessed to be part of this family (because that is exactly how the management makes you feel, as if you are part of a family). I admire the work they do with the individuals we assist and mostly because I see that they truly care for them. The management treats the employees with so much respect. They are very flexible with schedules, they understand when a mistake is maid, they give you opportunities over and over again. The benefits are awesome, the pay is competitive and they also acknowledge employees birthdays, your hard work and effort. I am honored to be here, I am honored to be part of something bigger than myself and grateful that God led me to KSS and the people that I work with.
