They were very quick to respond, and were very professional and reasonable pricing wise! And they were able to clean the spots that other cleaners before weren't able to fix!!! Highly satisfied with their service! And definitely recommend them.

My house was filthy due to reckless workers who were doing a kitchen overhaul which included the family room. Jim, the owner, was so accommodating since I had to cancel several times since the job was not completed. I was nervous because my grandson, who has severe allergies, was coming for Christmas. I did not want another ER visit! The young man who Jim sent, was very courteous and thorough. It may sound silly, but as an older person, seeing someone sweat when he worked, meant he was working hard. I have had my carpet cleaned before but no one came close to the end result from Master’s Touch. The house smelled so good and the carpets look like new. I consider Jim and his crew, my Christmas blessing. I would highly recommend his company.
