The blinds and shutters I bought are high quality. They installed them and I didn’t have to do it. They were honest and up front with product pros and cons. They always showed up when then said they would. The follow up was great and I love my shutters and blinds. If I had known it was going to be so easy, I would have done this years ago!

Russ and Sara Martin of Budget Blinds of Henrico installed shades in my entire home recently and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire process. I didn’t have to worry about measuring or ordering or tracking a shipment or proper installation of the shades. Russ came to my home and showed me many options, measured my windows and emailed me a proposal shortly thereafter. Sara kept me posted about delivery and both of them came to my home for the installation, which was quick and professional. We also shared a few laughs - they are very nice people. You will not get this kind of customer service at the big box stores or online!
