Imperial Irrigation & Lighting did an excellent job installing the irrigation system for our home in Giles Overlook.  Hector and team provide quality work with a personal touch.  We definitely recommend Imperial Irrigation & lighting! They are the best!

I hope you all dont do the same mistake I did by hiring Hector to start your irrigation system. To begin with he broke our irrigation pipe under our walkway with too much pressure when winterizing our system. We ignored it so he would come back and do a good job to de winterrize it. Wrong!!!! He messed it up more. He could not fix the broken pipe and charged us to de winterize and it did not work. Our sprinkler kept on running for more than 2 hours until I called him and he said to shut off the main valve. I requested him to come over and fix it and he was too busy with other customers. When I kept texting him he repliedto be empathetic.. Later on to call someone else This is how he operates his business. I feel obligated to let everyone know before you run into the same situation. Hector is arrogant and has so much business that he does not care. I have already paid him and he is not willing to fix the problem. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I am one of the many neighbors of Giles Overlook in Fairfax County, VA., which Hector installed a sprinkler system to. It felt that since I was the only single female homeowner in the neighborhood that he would just treat me any kind of way vs my male counterpart neighbors. He left me waiting on numerous occasions without calling or showing up. His crew destroy my yard after installing the sprinklers and didn't even offer seeds or anything to fix it vs my next door neighbors which he went above and beyond to beautify their yards after the installations. The last thing he did was he stood me up on a repair that needed to get done because my neighbor's sprinkler system underground was leaking over to my yard and causing terrible flooding, which I brought to their attention from the beginning of the installation. I was ignored for over a year. Sending numerous texts. We finally scheduled a repair date in March 2022, which he knew it had to happen before the Army moved me in April 2022 to my next duty assignment and he never showed up or had the decency to call or text and now he comes back stating that the neighbor doesn't want to do it. It's like the money I spend was not good enough for him to exercise courtesy or professionalism. The classic macho sexist behavior. Which we hard working women should not have to endure in 2022. I had no choice but to sell my house due to my military move and I pray that he treats the new owner with more respect and professionalism than he treated me.
