Tony was highly recommended by our realtor. I am extremely happy with the recommendation! Tony was an absolute professional, and truly attentive to details. He practically went through every inch of the house. He is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and best of all, he was there to provide a detail explanation for every question and/or concern we had. At the end of the inspection we were provided with an easy to read and understanding report. Tony even provided us details and recommendations about little things here and there that we didnt even think about looking for. I highly recommend using his services. I know youll be as satisfied as I have been!

I contacted Tony to request an inspection on a home we were interested in and was so incredibly impressed by his responsiveness and eagerness to want to help me get a quick inspection done. Tony showed up early and took his time to check everything in the home. He was extremely friendly, funny, and made the inspection process so simple. The whole process from scheduling, to the inspection, to payment, and report review was as simple as could be. I called Tony after reading the reviews and I cannot recommend him enough - he is awesome!! Do yourself a favor and hire Tony for your inspection needs!!

Tony was extremely thorough with my home warranty inspection. He was knowledgeable and helped me learn things I didnt even know about my own home after being in it for a year. I would highly recommend him for any inspection and plan to use him again in the future.

My inspector today, Tony, was very detailed and did a great job documenting his findings. He took really good pictures and had explanations for everything. In addition to that he reviewed everything with me and gave me some extra things to pay attention to that may or may not come up in the future. I am a new home owner and really appreciate all of his help with getting me comfortable with the house.
