Would not recommend! Poor communication and did not show during requested time. Have documentation of their acknowledgement of requested time but thats not close to what happened. Cancelled meetings and lost a half day or work for no reason. Manager will not take my call to discuss.

They changed my garage door springs and charged me $750. The prices are double of other garage door providers. After a complain, they said that this price was the industry standard price. Really? If you want to be charged $750 for garage door springs, please use them. Otherwise, make sure do your research and shop around!!! Response to owners comment After a long phone call and asking for a breakdown of the changes by material and labor costs, your company management gave me a discount of $100. According to your company management, two replacement spring cost was $400 and the labor cost was $350 which your company technician spent approximately 40 minutes at my house. $350 for 40 minutes of labor hours??? Hummmmmmm. I am going to let the readers of this review decide if your labor charge looks reasonable. As you mentioned, because my husband did not research properly and shop around for garage door repair costs, your company got paid $650 today. I just want to make sure that other people do not make the same mistake. Also, based on the company owners response to my review, I understand now why your company has a review rate of only 3.7. You too have a nice day as well.

I hope these guys don't work the same way they drive. One star for the crew that just blew through this neighborhood filled with kids like they were in a Nascar race.

They broke the door springs/cord on my garage door, and then refused to return to fix what they broke. Originally recommended by Costco, now Costco wants nothing to do with them, which is bad for consumers left out in the cold. Lawsuit to soon follow!

$150 for 20 mins of service. Then when the garage door malfunctioned 1 hour after they left, I called asking them if they could return, they couldnt but to set up another appointment, they were going to charge me another $150.
