As other reviewers have posted recently, this company is extremely unresponsive and cares very little about their customers. After agreeing multiple times to finish a septic repair job they’d already started, they used the excuse of ‘bad weather’ for many (mostly sunny) months, and then just stopped returning my weekly phone calls. After waiting for 6 months to get a repair date scheduled, I contacted another company to get an estimate and they were able to finish the work in a single day at a much lower cost than the one quoted by Turlington. Avoid doing business with this company if you value your time and peace of mind.

Very let down by your company after being a customer for over 30 years. No one called us back to set up the appointment for our five year pump out. Working in the business field myself, I found it to be extremely unprofessional for a phone message to be taken, received, and for the work never to have been scheduled. Two weeks without a return call is not a good business practice and if something was going on to push your trip out to us back, a simple phone call would have been all that was needed. Common courtesy. Unfortunately, we have moved along with another company. I truly hope your level of professionalism steps back up to the plate in order to retain your long term customers as well as adding more.
