Firehouse Subs Harrisonburg

Took 56 minutes to make a sandwich. I could've walked to jimmy johns, ordered, ate my sandwich and then leave and I would still be waiting for my sandwich to be made. Whoever's decision it was to have only 2 people man an entire store by themselves should be fired. Absolutely disgraceful

Stopped in while passing through Harrisonburg, because I LOVE firehouse subs. The experience with the guy behind the counter was terrible. He claimed to be the manager and the owner says his name is Larry Dukes. All I asked him while making my sandwich was "did you put jalapeños on my sub?". His response wasI "I work here sir, you dont" This was completely uncalled for and I will NEVER visit this location again. I recommend that no one stop here either.

Came in on Sunday 11/14/21 and the restaurant was full. It was only after I ordered that I realized no one had food, and everyone was waiting. Only 1 guy making subs and the gentleman taking orders hated his life. Waited 45 minutes to get food, and ended up getting sick after. I get that there is a labor shortage, but if you don't have the appropriate staff, then you should be limiting your hours.

Terrible experience. Took 10mins to take my order and I'm already waiting more than 30mins for the sub. Understaffed and inexperienced employees. DONT VISIT THIS PLACE!

Service is awful. Been here twice this month and taken 30+ minutes each time. Do not recommend.
