        Disgusting. My sandwich had a long piece of hair intertwined through it. I sent in a complaint and was just told we are notifying our staff. When I asked for a refund, since I was clearly unable to eat the sandwich, I was ignored. I have emailed 3 times now. Absolutely disgusting.
