Pheasant Run Townhomes

I could not recommended pheasant run more!! I had an awful experience my first year at another complex and this place is above and beyond what I expected. You would think theres gotta be a catch with this low of a price nope! Great living space and area with very quick and nice maintenance. If it wasnt for moving in with future roommates I would stay here all the years at JMU! If you are thinking of living here do it!

I have never encountered any major issues while living here and love the affordability of Pheasant Run! The office staff is very nice and professional. Also shout out to the maintenance team for being amazing! They have always fixed all my issues quickly and have given us quality work. My unit was great for the price and all of the other expenses were included in a flat monthly rent charge. I would recommend Pheasant Run to any JMU or local college student. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and very close to JMU and other shopping centers.

Although I found housing elsewhere to support my career change, Katelyn in the office was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during my housing search. I have had nothing but positive interactions here! Cannot recommend the leasing staff enough.

The place is really bad no wifi and rooms are dirty and floors are dirty and doors are run down and the key lock sucks I litterally opened it when it was locked might as well go somewhere else
