Spent a hour waiting in the exam room. I had to leave before being seen because of another obligation. If a client is late or misses an appointment the physician whines about it to you, but they can treat us like we don't even matter. Such disrespect should not be allowed. I would give minus zeros if I could.

1st visit. From check in, to xray, to cast fitting, back to xray to cast adjustment to seeing doctor to checkout, my experience was warm and exceptional.

I am currently sitting in the room after Dr. Secretov just went out. I was sent here for a second opinion on my knee. He did not do much but just talk to me. He has a very arrogant attitude. He did not seem to want to listen. He push on the side of my knee twice and then realm did not listen to me. I am tired of the pain and everything that is going on with my knee. It has now been over a year for this injury.
He seemed to have no bedside manner. He is younger than me and just as I said before arrogant. He seems to care more about his ego than what the patient wants or needs.

Never in my life have i received such awful service. I brought my 6 year old in to get his knee looked at after a snowboarding accident. The doctor said that since he was just 6 she couldn't give him a proper exam and imaging would be too expensive. We told her we wanted the imaging and she said it would take weeks to get it done. We are visiting from out of town so that didnt work. We asked to at least get a brace on it and she said they were probably too big but she would check. She seemed very annoyed with us for asking. Then she sent a man in and as soon as my husband asked a question he started yelling at him to be quiet so he could talk. My husband told him not to raise his voice at us in front of out 2 young boys. He then told us we could leave if we didnt like what he had to say. Another lady came back with the brace and he refused to let us fit him for it and demanded we leave. My husband and younger son had already walked out so i was trying to wheel my 6 year old out and he followed me down the hall saying rude things and trying to intimidate. I asked him multiple times to back away from me bc i didnt feel comfortable with him so close. I told him his behavior was disgusting and he said "Thank you" and continued to get so close his large stomach was touching my back. I am so disgusted by the entire thing. They should not be in Healthcare.
