        The staff is very friendly and attentive. The maintenance team is quick to respond to requests for repairs. They usually complete the work orders I've submitted within 2 days of putting in the request. They also follow up each time to ensure that they addressed the issues.

        Actually a very nice place, and the people are very polite and always very helpful. Never had an issue with maintenance, i recommend this place to anyone

        I am ending my lease due to buying my first home, but I had to leave a review of my experience here. I have lived here for about 3 years and the property manager Tyler is very attentive, responsive, and very friendly. He is always there when we need assistance, and he has made this an amazing experience for us for living here. I have lived in a couple different apartments before Grand Duke, and this was by far the best apartment complex, I have stayed in. Very highly recommend Grand Duke!

        We were recently here visiting friends. The property was very well maintained and we enjoyed walks around the dog park. Staff was very helpful and especially Tyler who went out of his way to assist us.

Located just off historic Route 11 (South Main Street), Grand Duke is just four blocks from the James Madison University campus and downtown Harrisonburg, Virginia, where you’ll find lots of great restaurants, shopping, and so much more! At the Grand Duke, we like to keep it simple. water, sewer, and trash pickup are included in our rent so there’s no need to worry about paying a bunch of bills each month.
