The Chapman Apartments

Living at Chapman Apartments has been a dream! We moved in 6 months ago and feel I can write a review now. The staff is amazing - professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The apartments are well-maintained, and the amenities are incredible. The nightly trash valet, second-floor terraces, movie theater, clubhouse, gym, and pet grooming station are fantastic perks. The in-house hotel rentals at a discounted rate are a game-changer for visiting guests, and the attached parking garage is so convenient. Chapman Apartments truly has it all - comfortable living spaces, top-notch amenities, and fantastic staff that really care well for their tenants.

Please don't let the picture of these place fool you. This place is horrible!!! The management SUCKS AN THEY RARELY RETURN CALLS!!! They say no trash in hallway however trash is left in hallways an they may clean every 2 weeks . They have a HORRIBLE roach problem. The new phase apartments are very misleading!!! They need to reimburse every tenant for pest control fees and trash fees!! I urge that nobody takes residency here !!

I was able to tour many units on this property. Jai was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend, exceptionally professional.

So far living at the Chapman has been great. All the staff are very nice and professional. From the beginning, Courtney went above and beyond for us on move-in day when she stayed past her work hours to make sure we could move in because we were traveling from another state! Zuleyka, of course was the person who gave my husband the tour and sold us on the apartment to begin with. But even after we moved in, she's always at the front door smiling and greeting us. I go to her for everything. Any time I have a question or need anything, she's always ready and willing to help. Maintenance and housekeeping are also great. Mr. David and the maintenance staff are amazing. When you put in a request, they are usually there first thing in the morning. Mr. David is very punctual and fast and keeps his word for when an issue will be resolved and always friendly. Honestly we have no complaints.
