Anna's Pizza in Buckroe

This is my go to when eating out for pizza! Now sharing my review! Next time will be having my family over to give them a try! Will be trying out the one on Warwick as this is closer to work.

My husband purchased a turkey sub for here. Was taking out all the tomatoes and seeds out because ask for no tomatoes and still put on sandwich. Noticed something dark and it was a BUG IN MY SUB, I called restaurant to notify them and spoke to a young lady asked for manger, he didn't want to speak to me so told girl that he wasn't there for me to speak to him. Told here issue she put me on hold for 10 mins to tell me mgr said she stood next to person making it and dint see any bugs in sandwich. Told girl i put the bug in it my self after waiting for 45 min and getting home and he thinks i then but bug in my own sub i paid for. Told girl i CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK BUT I CAN GET ANOTHER SUB. Why would i want anything from there after that. PLLLLLLEEEEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEEEEE don't eat here mgr rude, unprofessional ,inexperienced and more. So i called the health dep on them hope they fix issue and learn how to treat people and customers who have been going for years. But after this i will never return.

My husband got a large pizza and i wanted the turkey club sandwich! I was taking some of the tomatoes off of it because it was so much. I thought it was a seed and took it off my sandwich to realize that it wasn't, it was a little or nat!! I didn't even get to eat it because I didn't trust it. I called to ask for a manger to let them know it was a bug in my sandwich, i didn't even ask for a refund or nothing. She then put me on hold for 10 mins came back and then said the manger said that he stood next to the person making it and didn't see no bugs in my sandwich???? But how is that if he's not there ,and who stands next to someone looking for bugs. He told the girl to tell me i put the bug in my sandwich myself. Who pays all that money for the food, then wait 40 mins for the food ,then get home and say I'm going to put a fly in the food i just waited for 40 mins for just because. This is the worst customers service ever. He could of talked to me about the issues but instead he lied and said he wasn't there!!!! Which is fine because I will be calling the Health Department and the BBB as well as anyone else. Because that's nasty and not healthy or clean. By the reviews and yours response back from the manger this is a very unprofessional business owner. They can deal with the health department since he didn't want to talk's. Sn the lady that pick up the phone was very nice and professional. I WILL NEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRR EAT HERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EITHER.....
