Nothing but a great experience with Drummond Jewelers! Their team consists of very friendly and welcoming professionals. Everyone was so informative and accommodating! I felt nothing but pure satisfaction with my interactions with them. Highly recommended for any business regarding precious gems / stones , gold and customized jewelry. Very good prices and you will get more that any other places around the Hampton area for your unwanted jewelry. Thank you for excellent customer service. I will be be going here for all my jewelry needs in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The old lady with white hair is absolutely disgusting and tells children lies. I was given I mushroom and gnome prototype by the girl who makes them there and the old lady tried to say I stole it and then looked at my child and said your mom is a thief. Shes just mad someone gave me something for free. The empty black bag was next to my stuff I was picking up so I figured the bag was for my stuff. No one said anything when I grabbed it and put my stuff in it but then they said that it wasnt for me and I brought it back. Poor customer service and the old lady is very rude and miserable. The older guy was pleasant and very kind. The only complaint I have is about the old white lady with white hair and is had some weight on her.

Fantastic! Very friendly as soon as I walked in. Went in for a ring repair and he was able to fix it fast and even better than brand new, since he noticed other imperfections that he also fixed. Definitely recommend. I'll be back for all my jewelry needs.
