Cecil and Christina Carpenter, Owners of Precision Heating and Air, are the right people and company to call. We have had their service for 6 years. In fact, they have also serviced our rental house in Hampton for 6 years. We have had issues with both of the homes, and Cecil and/or crew showed the same day and/or the next to take care of the issue and us. Had our compressor replaced. Top notch work and customer service. Cecil and his team are awesome to work with. Communicate with you the entire time. Very happy with their service and will be using them in the future for regular maintenance!

Weve used Precision multiple times now for our personal home and our investment properties and Im not sure why Ive waited this long to give this review! By far the best company weve ever worked with.
