Most unprofessional place I have ever worked for in my entire life not to mention the lack of pay that you dont receive when they short your paychecks and then they dont want to fix it period!!! Im so done with this place I have never hated somewhere more in my entire life

They are the worst and most unprofessional company that I believe that I have ever worked for . They change policy and rules more than any company that I have ever seen or anyone has. I was fired for a policy/rule that was never told to me and that a floor supervisor even stated that she couldn't believe and said she hated the company they are ridiculous. This company is the worst ever they lie to you then don't want you to tell anyone. If you go to work for them be careful they treat some people good and they get away with things they shouldn't and others if they breath wrong get in trouble. One of the HR personal didn't even know what they were doing to me until I told her, she acted like she didn't understand it either.. There is a lot of employees past and present that can backup my story and more...

This place is a prime example of a bad BPO (outsourcing). There are so many other, better call centers around in Hampton roads who's pay and benefits are better. There is no communication, lackluster training programs to learn their way of doing the job for their clients, and Oh, recently, 2 big name clients decided to pull their contracts with this company due to the company's practices. Over 250 people got laid off with no prior notice. Management literally did not communicate to the hundreds of employees with families, hardships and responsibilities that they no longer had a job until the last possible moment. Despicable. If you're reading this, please consider other call centers especially Verizon in Hampton/Newport news (corporate), Geico (corporate) in Virginia Beach, EGS (BPO) in Newport news just to name a few. All the call centers I just listed pay well with Geico starting out at $16/hr full-time.
