This company may get he job done, but they clearly don't care about the experience of their customers. Start with poor case management where they don't share basic information with their technicians about basic equipment they need to bring, like a ladder to access a roof. Then add technicians who apparently leave without saying anything, leaving doors open and a borrowed ladder leaning against the side of my home for anyone to climb into the second floor. Finally, forget about completing a job in a timely manner because unless you regularly call them to get status updates and timelines, no one will call you, not even to let you know about an appointment that they scheduled without notification just a couple of hours before they intend to show up. Things may get done eventually, but you won't be happy about it.
