When we had an issue with our septic system Loudoun Septic Tank Service was recommended by a neighbor who had recently had work completed by them. They were able to schedule us quickly and on little notice. The service person arrived first thing in the morning and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. They were knowledgeable and completely honest, which is something I had yet to experience in this industry. We will be using Loudoun Septic Tank Service for all our Septic needs going forward. I would recommend giving them a call before deciding to go with one of the other companies.

I previously used this company in 2016, and again in 2020 to clean out and unclog our septic system. They replaced the smaller intake valve for a larger one to make the job easier. they did a great job and were easy to work with. I recently discovered that my dogs were digging around the black plastic piping from the system and it now has a whole in it. I've called Loudoun Septic several times over the last few weeks. I had to leave voicemails and no one had gotten back to me. I finally spoke to someone yesterday and she informed me that the county sent out 10,000 reminder postcards to homeowners reminding them of their need to pump their systems every five years. They even sent it to people who just had it done in the last 2-3 years. So they have been inundated with calls. She was able to fit me in next week and they are going to come out and fix the issue my doggies created! Service: Outdoor system repair

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs quality, professional service of their septic system, performed by friendly, considerate people. Our encounter began with Laurie who scheduled our service, and she told me who would be coming to do the work. Clifton and another young man came out to do our 5-year pump-out service. They arrived promptly, verified the tank location, and got to work. Once they finished the pumping, they explained exactly what they had expected to find, and what they actually found. They closed the tank, and returned all soil and mulch to it’s previous location - it looked more like someone had been gardening than digging up a septic tank cover. They left the area clean, and were considerate of our property and us. The price was also reasonable for the service.
