Dr. Costa and staff are amazing! Im so incredibly grateful to be in their care. My dental health is as equally important as my dental education and their educating is top tier. The doctors and staff are extremely friendly, focused on patient comfort, and professionally excellent.

I was nervous about bringing my kids to the dentist during the pandemic. Dr. Costa and his team has taken all the precautions and made us feel very safe. The entire staff is excellent.

My rating will cover three categories: General Dentistry: 5/5 Good, with a very nice manner. Front Office: 2/5 Leaves much to be desired. Invisalign: 2/5 My Invisalign treatment was disappointing, and in light of it I would like to warn my fellows that dentists are not orthodontists, and that the gap between the two in skill and experience is enormous. After nearly a year of treatment, my Costa dentist referred me to an orthodontist, saying that s/he did not know how to resolve certain issues, and paid for it. S/he apologized profusely, and I will omit her/his name out of respect. Beyond the lack of expertise, my periodic Invisalign checkups were often with a dental hygienist -- no dentist was present. In contrast, my orthodontist monitors my progress using weekly oral scans via my phone. Had I gone to the orthodontist from the beginning, I might have reduced the duration of my treatment by a year.
