If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The Pharmacy is the worst.

My husband went to pick up Allegra D today. Needed pharmacy approval, and pharmacist needed an id proof. My hubby said id is in the car but pharmacist said i have to go to lunch i cannot wait till you get it from the car. Time was 1:31pm. Please do not go to CVS at nuckols because their lunch is more important than a customer. And god forbid you are unconscious they will first eat their lunch and then call 911.

COUNT YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS!!! I dont normally post reviews but felt this was important to share Ive been using this pharmacy for years and it has seriously declined in the past year. Besides the inconvenient mid-day shut down and the total lack of help by phone (could the hold music guy BE any more annoying?!), Ive been shorted on my prescriptions THREE times since December (its currently mid-March). I have to count each bottle out, then call, have them review their footage or whatever they do before they believe me, and then basically get an oops - youll have to come back. Three strikes and youre out. Ill be transferring my existing prescriptions elsewhere But if I do happen to pick up a straggler prescription here again and you happen to be stuck behind me at the window sorry, but Im counting my pills before I pull away from now on. Ugh!
