"Natasha" regularly sent my personal and financial information to incorrect email addresses. I had to earn her of this twice. Neither time did she respond. "Natasha" also shared my personal and financial information to anyone would listen. Not one single "Taylor" has returned a phone call or an email. This is a shameful and unprofessional business.

What can I say? We sold a property and the closing company was Taylor and Taylor. We dealt with Natasha. We were supposed to close in April and we didn’t close until the end of June. There were four of us involved in our closing (it was the sale of an inherited property). We were never scheduled to come in for a closing. We were told that my brothers documents would be mailed to them to sign one at a time. Once my first brother signed and returned his documents then Natasha would send out the closing documents for my second brother to sign. When she had their documents back she would then schedule a date for me to come in and sign. Once I signed them the buyer would be scheduled to come in and sign his documents. I have never had a closing so bizarre in my life. We had to call her several times during the process to get her to submit payoff requests for the mortgage and we were told she even took vacation for a week rather than focusing on our closing that at that point was over a month past the contractual closing date. That’s not the worst though. Natasha sent out our personal information to include our social security numbers,addresses, and contact info to an email address that didn’t belong to anyone and that was confirmed to be active! She did this on at least three separate occasions and two of these occasions were after we informed her that she had done this and to not do it again. I called to speak with the owner and left a message for a call back, expressing my concerns, and never received a call. No one has even apologized for this. My brothers and I now have to pay $50 a month for identity insurance
