I had the Hartford insurance on my pickup trk. One day it was hit in front of my house while parked. I tried to be nice and took it to the body shop they picked. The repair was terrible, I made them repair it correctly. My insurance rate went from $400 a year to $1200 a year. I wasn't even in it when it happened. I called them and told them I would not be renewing with them. Three months later I got a bill for $250. When I called them to see what it was about, they said it was because I didn't put it in writing that I was terminating my insurance and was told if I didn't pay it they would sue me for it and ruin my credit.
So, really I give them 000 stars
