Johnson, Gasink and Baxter run an extremely professional operation. I'll get back to that point. My wife and I were referred to the firm via our financial planner. He let us know about a seminar that Spencer Baxter was running about trusts vs. wills. We were interested in setting up a trust for our girls, so we attended the seminar. Spencer did a great job running the seminar and we learned a lot about the pros and cons and relative costs, with no kind of sales pitch or pressure. After some time, we pulled the trigger on a trust with Spencer. He did a terrific job setting it up for us and walking through everything, and quite frankly we enjoyed the process (I know, right? :-) ). When we came to the office to sign, the office staff were equally personable and professional for the signing process. The binder of documents and instructions was first rate. We would certainly recommend Spencer and the firm for any such legal needs, without a doubt.

I needed help navigating my wife's trust when she passed away. Dan Gasink was recommended to me and I am glad I called him. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely a good solid person.He even returns phone calls in a timely fashion which is hard to come by today. Everyone in his office that I dealt with was extremely professional and knew their jobs. He also set up a trust for myself. He doesn't waste time when you go to see him or talk to him. Since our Wills hadn't been updated in a very long time, my husband and I chose Johnson, Gasink & Baxter, LLC, after being highly recommended by our insurance agent. Before our meeting, we completed a questionnaire so that Dan Gasink would be better prepared for our initial meeting. Dan was very professional and personable, and he took the time to go over everything to be sure he understood our needs and wishes. We went back a second time to go over the draft estate plan, then a third time to sign the documents. Dan's paralegal, Katie, was very helpful in answering questions. It's a real weight off our minds knowing that our estate is protected and our health care directives are known and followed.
