Heard about this place on Facebook and decided to check it out! I am so glad I did! Warm and welcoming staff, high tech and modern atmosphere! Wish I knew about it 5 years earlier!

For many years I was skeptical of chiropractors. But a year ago, my massage therapist told me she had done all she could for me and my back and neck issues using only massage and suggested I try Dr. Cherie at Health First. I did and am so grateful for that advice. The evaluation process and recommended treatment have improved my mobility and flexibility and I am currently on a schedule which maintains all the improvements made. And the staff and facility are welcoming and supportive. Its been and continues to be an integral part of my determination, at age 70, to be active for many more years!

Dr. Cherine is friendly, professional, thorough, precise, and extremely knowledgeable/helpful. She clearly communicates what she is doing each visit. After she makes the adjustment, she tests your mobility. It is amazing to see the difference! She has no problem answering any questions you have from your adjustment to healthy eating. I'm so glad my neighbor recommended her! I've previously moved a lot due to military and work so I've had a lot of chiropractic care over the last 10 years. She's #1 in my book! If you're thinking about getting chiropractic care in the Richmond area, I can't recommend her highly enough! Update: I've been seeing Dr. Cherine for about 2 years now. I now see her twice a month instead of weekly and have seen improvement in my spinal health. My husband also started seeing her, which has helped him manage chronic pain from his military days. Definitely still recommend Dr. Cherine!
