My husband always orders my arrangements for special occasions from Gregory's Floral, and we're always so pleased. However, this Valentine's Day, he decided to give Made By Hands a try. I received my arrangement the day BEFORE Valentine's Day, and when I saw it, I almost cried. It looked nothing like a valentines arrangement, and no roses in sight. When he got home and saw it, he was livid. Mind you, he paid over $100 for what I got. The next day he ordered from Gregory's, and it was the same price. I have posted a side by side. When we called Made By Hands & asked them what happened, they told us the "ran out of roses"...the day before Valentine's. Here is the side by side. Same exact cost.

I was unable to attend a family funeral, so I wanted to send a gift to my cousin. I called Made by Hands Floral. They were so courteous and helpful. Holly helped me decide on the perfect gift for my cousin. Her customer service was excellent. Its great to know theres still home town businesses that go out of their way to help.

The one-year anniversary of my Mother's death was approaching. I wanted to see if someone was willing to place flowers on her grave in TN on my behalf, since I was in CA. I called a month and a half before my desired delivery date to allow enough time for special circumstances. I spoke to the owner and asked if she was able to deliver to a hard-to-find, private family cemetery. Given the address, she said that she would see if she could find it & she would get back to me. 8 days later I called back, was told the owner was busy, and left a message. One week later I called back and left a message. Two times more I left messages, now being told that the owner was "really busy". I said, ask her if she was able to find the cemetery. If not, I can have the flowers delivered to a residence. I still never received a call back. With one week left Before the delivery date I simply called a 1-800 company & had my flowers delivered on time. If the florist was really too busy, she could have said that she was booked, or referred me to another florist. I gave this place 5 phone calls and over a month of chance to simply do their job and take my order. The lack of communication and professionalism earned this store their rating.
