        Had an appointment for an estimate, they didn't show up or answer the phone when we called to see if anyone was coming after waiting for thirty minutes past appointment time. Several hours later still a no show, we went with another company.

        I have been waiting two years on Williams heating and cooling to install my units..called probably 10 to 15 times over the years. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else theres more Carrier dealers in the area that will do you better! I wish that I could not even give a star!!!!!
