      image I contacted a representative over a week ago and I'm still waiting for a response.

      image I went in for home insurance, at least a quote. I had 3 1/2 weeks to get a policy. I provided all the info and tild no problem. I then was stonewalled. I never got a final quote, but got the worst customer service from Mr. Waller. He moved, he was out of the office 5 days, didn't return calls or email. Melissa was wonderful. One day before my policy expired, I called my car insurance and got a better policy in 5 minutes. Zero is the appropriate rating.
