I’m not one to post negative reviews or impact anyone’s livelihood but in this case I felt the need to do so. If you care at all about your appearance and your hair, I would avoid this spot. While the price is reasonable (at $20), I required another haircut to mend the damage to my hair.
The lady that cut my hair was completely unqualified, uninterested and lacked the customer service etiquette as well. It was such a negative experience that I needed to post this review to warn others.
