If I could give 0 stars I would. I reserved a room through Expedia and when I arrived I was made aware that they would not honor my reservation after I had already paid for the room. The front desk worker seemed to be high on some sort of drug and when I asked if I would receive my money back she told me she would call the cops I was not acting out in anyway. I just wanted my money back. I was in tears because I genuinely have never been treated that poorly. I called the next morning and asked to speak to a manager and its now been almost a week and still nothing. I have reported it to my bank but I am truly disgusted by this establishment and its lack of customer service.

They have been putting lipstick on that pig of a hotel for several years. The lack of attention to detail shows in too many ways. My room didn't have a coffee maker, tissues in allergy season, nor a house phone. The bathroom refit had many gaps and was already showing signs of mold. The sink had a fancy mirror, but the sink top still shows the old cigarette burns. Quality is seriously lacking

I'm really giving this place benefit of the doubt leaving two stars. The one younger girl at the front desk was very helpful and sweet as we signed in. We got to our room and the door would NOT shut completely and the chain on the door was busted (literally broken off) as if someone had broken into the room prior. The room itself wasn't terrible, it seemed decent, but we didn't feel comfortable. When we went to switch rooms, we asked the cancellation policy out of curiosity. We were ok switching rooms, but as the other girl at the front desk grew very upset and got a nasty attitude, claiming there was a 1 hour cancellation policy (we had only been there an hour and 10 minutes) we wanted to leave. She proceeded to call a manager and come back, very upset, not even telling us the actual cancellation policy. Just save your time and money and don't go here.
