HORRIBLE. Not only did I have the worst experience of my life and had to go to another dentist to have it corrected, they messed up my relatives teeth beyond return. Broke a tool while drilling way to far down (went into his jaw bone) and never said a word! He found out by looking at his xrays. The only reason we went there is because that is the only place in town that accepted our insurance. DO NOT GO THERE, IT IS HORRIBLE.

I just moved here so I've been looking for a new dentist. I found this dentist on line and was reading the reviews and they sounds amazing. I was so WRONG!!!! This is the WORST dentist office I have EVER been to!!!! I wouldn't take my dog here. The staff was rude and the dentist I had was ever worse than the staff!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I will not ever ever ever step foot back into that building or office!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH THE CARE YOU GET FROM THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At 1st it seemed ok.The dr. didnt really explain to much.The nurse actually explained things and answered my questions more then the doctor.They do clearly explain the prices and what your options are.They also take care credit for those without insurance which i thought was good.But the day i was suppose to get my tooth pulled they said they had a "system error" (which also seems to happen alot with their practice) with their computers.But i could come in later to get a new refill of meds.They said they would do it next tues.but call about the time.Which they did call the house.no voicemail and wasnt home.Never called my cell or sent me a confirmation email like they had the prior thurs.so i call tues. morning at 930 to confirm they said it was at 10.so they had to move it to following wed....needless to say after taking 2 days off work and they cancelled both times i will not be back.Except to tell them how I feel.Im not happy with the services or th e fact that there were 2-3 girls in receptionist area both times i went and only 1 doin anything.I would expect to them to properly contact me with a time of appt.
