Nu-Look 1HR Cleaners

I took four sets of uniforms already washed and requested just a press. I requested for them to be done the next day, after all, their sign does say they can do one hour press. The person that was helping me never asked me if I wanted my clothes starched and chose to ignore some of my questions, she was very rude. She kept sighing and telling me they would try to have my clothes done. When I asked what a suitable time to return the next day, she gave me attitude and asked me when I wanted to pick them up. Judging by the quality of the customer service, I didn't feel comfortable leaving my clothing with this shop. I chose to collect my clothing and just press them myself. I will not be returning to this establishment.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Customer service is terrible here.We are new to the area, and we were looking for a new dry cleaning service I presented slacks that my husband has dry cleaned regularly. First I was told the return time would be 4 days and so I questioned this as being their usual dry cleaning time. I was told that the pants had to be washed. So I asked why would they wash them before dry cleaning. I was told that the cleaning care tag read machine wash, so they would launder them. I’m sorry, I would never pay some to wash my clothes. So I challenged this and stated, I want them dry cleaned. The woman who was at the counter said she had to clear it with the person I assume is the owner or manager. When the second woman came to the counter she argued with me about the tags reading machine wash and what dry cleaner did I claim to have them done by, as if I were not being honest about having them dry cleaned. Finally, she agreed to dry clean them as requested but wanted me to release them from liability. Liability for what? For simply laundering the pants in the manner that I requested? Needless to say. We won’t be back to this cleaner. I would have not minded them expressing a difference of opinion, I felt they were condescending and spoke to me like I was ignorant, and did not know what my husband had requested.

Horrible experience...when my husband picked up our dry cleaning, 3 shirts were missing. When he called to let them know he was missing some items, the woman he spoke to argued with him on the phone, saying she had given them back and essentially saying he was lying, until she ended up finding them while still on the phone. She refused to give him her name until he asked several times, and also refused to give the name of her supervisor. We also asked for the buttons to be checked/resewed on several items and they were not done although we were charged for them....a button fell off of one item as soon as we got home. They offered to re-check them but honestly at that point we just wanted to be done with the whole situation. We would not go back again.
