1. I hated how Julie pushed for auto pay. I'd told her my husband gets paid bi-weekly, so it'd be hard to have money always in account - for the 7th.
2. I dislike that they'll try making you pay for two months, if you miss auto pay date. $125 September 7th, declined charge. A week later, I see a charge for $250 + $25 "bounce" fee. It ALWAYS happened.
3. I was paying $125 a month, with "discounts" and then after ten months - I wanted to switch cars. They switched my cars and with NO WARNING, raised my premium to $175 - when claim was renewed.
I do like the coverage for emergency road side assistance. But the way they handle this company, is what chaps my rear
They didn't tell me via phone, email or letter - they'd up my premium. I was only aware, after reading my renewal letter. How can you not warn your customers? Did you not think I'd notice? I'm getting punished because I got a new car? Shame on you
Go through Credit Karma and do their "driver safe" program. I just switch to GEICO and pay $140 now, with a 40% discount.

It has changed names. They gave me a quote for car insurance. Not any cheaper than what I have already.

I've been dealing with McGreevy for about 15 years. They are always super friendly and responsive. When I have submitted claims they have always been fast, professional and efficient. Great agency

I'm pretty sure my wife used this agency her entire life and we certainly have ever since we were together over 20 years now. Devin and Julie in the office are fantastic. Always willing to take your call and help you out with anything you need.
