Bottom line: if you know what you want and know the vehicle you want, you'll have a great time. Bought a Jeep Liberty from here last month. Great price on the vehicle, and it was in decent shape (little things that a new buyer could fix themselves with little to no training). Admittedly, the exterior had several dents and scratches, but who cares? It's a Jeep. Biggest issue was the catalytic converter failed just a few days after I bought it and took it home, which called for a whole new Y-pipe. However, the cost of putting the Jeep right are less than half of the money I saved on the Jeep VS the KBB price, so I can't complain. The employees were very nice and very professional, but not like your stereotypical used car salesman. They answered all of my questions, and provided advice or guidance whenever I asked for it. Can't complain too much at the end of it all.
