    Predatory business practices. One of their drivers watched my daughter walk to a restaurant that anyone would think was ok to go to after parking in a lot. He took a picture of her walking then towed her car. I hope karma swings back quickly.

    I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the abhorrent conduct I experienced at your establishment on Sunday, March 10th, 2024 perpetrated by one of your staff members. The encounter not only fell egregiously short of basic customer service standards but also showcased a flagrant disregard for professionalism and ethical behavior. Upon my arrival at 7:45 AM, I was greeted by a staff member whose demeanor can only be described as shockingly rude and abrasive. Throughout our interaction, it became abundantly clear that she lacked the most fundamental understanding of customer service principles, as evidenced by her consistent interruption of my inquiries and her blatant refusal to allow me to articulate my concerns fully. Despite my attempts to engage in a civil discourse and seek clarification regarding the handling of my car, I was met with a barrage of dismissive responses and outright hostility. Not only was I denied the opportunity to physically inspect my car, but I was also met with unwarranted hostility when I dared to question the rationale behind this restriction. Her repeated retort of "because I said so" is not only indicative of a complete lack of accountability but also demonstrates a profound disrespect for me as a paying customer. It is abundantly clear that the individual in question not only lacks the most rudimentary understanding of proper customer service etiquette but also possesses a blatant disregard for ethical conduct. The behavior exhibited by your staff member is nothing short of disgraceful and is entirely incongruent with the values your establishment purports to uphold. As a patron of your establishment, I demand a thorough investigation into this matter and the immediate implementation of corrective measures to address the gross misconduct perpetrated by your staff member. Furthermore, I expect a comprehensive response detailing the steps being taken to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. Failure to address this matter promptly and decisively will only serve to further erode the already tenuous trust between your establishment and its clientele. I implore you to take this complaint seriously and to uphold the integrity and reputation of your establishment.Your dismissive response to my complaint is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. You claimed to have reviewed the video footage, but your response indicates otherwise. It is evident that you did not fully comprehend the gravity of the situation. I implore you to genuinely review the video footage of the encounter, which clearly illustrates the rude and hostile behavior I experienced. Despite my repeated attempts to understand why I was unable to see my car, your staff member consistently avoided providing a clear explanation. Instead, she responded rudely with questions like "why do you want to see it," this was going on for multiple times. At some point she did not let me finish my question and kept interrupting and I asked her to let me finish my question. She denied it while interrupting me which is hilarious. At some point I have asked why she is being so rude and she ignored to answer. This behavior is neither an appropriate nor polite response to a customer inquiry. This behavior reflects a lack of respect, ethics, and professionalism. It is evident that neither you nor your staff prioritize customer well-being, and you absolutely did not watch any kind of footage, and there is no steps were taken to correct this demeanor since you do NOT show any kind of responsibility and accountability toward business customers or employees. I demand immediate action to address this misconduct and a sincere apology for the mistreatment I endured.

Thank you for your review and allowing us to look into this matter. I was able to watch the footage from this interaction and while I do believe the dispatcher could have had a better demeanor, I wouldn't say she was "shockingly rude". She was direct in her answers, but she wasn't rude. A gentleman was on the phone with a female and the female was asking questions. Our dispatcher was showing the man the photos that there was no parking permit on the vehicle. She never said "because I said so". She said "because we do not allow people onto the lot until they have paid for the vehicle." in response to a question. She explained multiple times that the photos show there is no permit displayed on the vehicle while turning the monitor for the gentleman who was there to see them. We don't disclose our internal dealing with our staff. That is private between our management and the employee. Thank you for your understanding.
