        Absolutely highway robbery. Just to have them make 1 single copy its 2.50 Surcharge plus the copy price. The other option is to put a 10.00 hold on your credit card for an 18cent transaction. Get a grip people.

        I was unloading packages from my car to bring inside. When I turned around, there was a young man coming my way with a cart. He saw me struggling from inside and came out to help. He was polite, professional, and friendly. I didnt catch his name, but they better hold on to him! Excellent customer service!!!
