Aaron and his team do a great job! Everyone is kind and friendly. More importantly, they are smart and highly skilled at problem solving and creating treatment plans. I refer patients to them regularly.

Excellent physical therapist. Ive had the opportunity to have Heather work on me and she has been exceptional. I have been to several other PT here in Frederickburg, none of them compare to the level of physical therapy that I have received at Integrated Health PT. Whats the difference? Others have claimed to work on me, only to have me be one of several that they see simultaneously. Never working with my issues. Only administration of heat or ice on my shoulder/neck. Heather has physically manipulated the affected areas. Which has increased the level of mobility for my frozen shoulder and decreased the level of pain exponentially. They also offer dry needling which has proven to be very effective in releasing the inflammation and muscle soreness for me. The office staff is always courteous and friendly, not mention extremely efficient. Nadine and Maggie are always a delight. I recommend this PT office.

No words can express the gratitude I feel towards Aaron and his staff at Integrated Health. I cant put it into words, other than he saved my life. Aaron truly listen to all my needs and did more than fix me. He gave me hope. Due to the pain I endured from my car accidents, my life was flipped upside-down. I was in so much pain, I couldnt function, I couldnt do my every day routine and had to stop many things I loved to do. Such as exercise, run, work and simply do the every day activities with my children. I was truly unhappy. I see the light at the end of the tunnel and its truly due to Aaron. Let me not forget the wonderful staff. I never waited to see Aaron once I arrived and the staff has always been professional and caring. This type of dedication to a patient is not seen anywhere around so I feel the need to express my gratitude. Aaron and his staff are truly one of a kind!

Eric and his team of professionals have been treating me for severe vertigo and you can't ask for a better team of physical therapists!! I highly recommend him and all of his team. I couldn't make it without all of their help. R/James
