Eli and everyone at Kia were a pleasure to work with. We never felt pressured at all, they were very patient and were able to work numbers that worked for us. The process from the moment we walked in to driving out was flawless. We were in there 2 1/2 hours through the entire process and that includes the test drive. I highly recommend and would purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

Very nice staff. We had a good experience buying our new hybrid Niro. They were informative, rather than pushy. We had done our research, and they told us the truth. Highly recommend the salesman, Cole, and all the staff.

Hi.I came and brought my friend to Kia Fredericksburg and we both had tge pleasure of Rebecca Graves as a Sales person. I cannot tell you how easy she made the purchase for us Sr. CITIZENS. I am going to have to give up my lease car in May and I plan to come buy a Kia with Rebecca as my sales girl, I've made up my mind to get a Kia Soul as well, im excited to have REBECA GRAVES as my sales Rep, , she's the best ever.
